
Terms of Service
By engaging Hatch & Hype Digital, a subsidiary of Tiny Dragon’s Treasure Trove LLC, you agree to our terms and conditions as outlined below.
Showcasing Client Work
We reserve the right to advertise and showcase client projects with prior written consent from the client. This may include, but is not limited to, public portfolios, testimonials, and promotional campaigns that uplift both our brand and yours.
Delegation of Work
We reserve the right to delegate tasks or contract third-party individuals or freelancers to assist in the fulfillment of project services under our supervision. These contractors are considered part of our production process but may not be independently background-checked or vetted by external agencies. Responsibility for their conduct and work lies solely with Hatch & Hype Digital.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for reviewing all content and deliverables provided before final publication or launch. Hatch & Hype Digital will not be held liable for any errors or omissions once the client approves the final version.
Payment Terms
All services and payments are governed by the terms outlined in the signed Payment Plan Agreement or custom invoice. Any failure to meet payment obligations may result in termination of services or legal action.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, and any disputes shall be handled through the Anne Arundel County civil court system.
Additional Terms and Conditions
Content and Website Scope Limits
Standard packages include up to 8 pages of website content. Additional pages will incur an added fee. Product uploads are limited to 25 products with one description per product. Additional products or descriptions beyond the package limit may incur extra charges. Additional training for staff on website maintenance and updates is available at an hourly rate.
Revisions and Maintenance
Up to 5 revisions are included in the project. Each additional revision beyond the fifth will be billed at $50 per revision as part of ongoing maintenance services.
Communication Policy
Business hours are 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday. Excessive communication outside of these hours may result in delayed responses or additional fees if significant extra support is required.
Client Selection and Discretion
We reserve the right to choose the projects and clients we work with based on our discretion, personal preferences, and moral standards. We may refuse service or terminate agreements if the project or client conflicts with our values, ethics, or professionalism. No refund will be provided if services are terminated for these reasons.
We reserve the right to refuse service or refunds to clients who:
- Exploit the innocent
- Promote profanity, hate, or defamation
- Defame Hatch & Hype Digital, Tiny Dragon’s Treasure Trove, or our affiliates and partners
- Cause a conflict of interest by defaming another client
Domain Name and DNS Management
Once DNS setup has been initiated and/or a domain has been purchased (either through Hatch & Hype Digital or third-party contractors), no refunds will be issued.
Defamation and Legal Action
By engaging our services, you agree not to defame, insult, or disparage Hatch & Hype Digital, Tiny Dragon’s Treasure Trove, our employees, or affiliates either verbally, virtually, or publicly. Violations may result in legal action within Anne Arundel County, Maryland, including claims for attorney’s fees, court costs, and damages where permitted by law.
Privacy Policy

We collect basic client information such as name, email address, and service preferences solely for communication and service delivery purposes. We do not share your private information with third parties without your explicit consent.
Use of Client Projects in Portfolio
With your written consent, we may promote completed work by showcasing your business name, logo, testimonial, or project screenshots as part of our marketing content. You may revoke consent at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
Payment Security
We use secure payment processors and do not store your financial data. Payments are securely managed through trusted platforms such as PayPal, which is responsible for safeguarding your payment information.
