We help with sluggish computers, startup issues, software conflicts, setup problems and everyday device headaches. We’ll help you sort out what’s actually happening before recommending a fix.

Windows setup, software installation, account configuration, updates, personalization and peripheral setup are all included where appropriate. We do not provide licensed software unless it is purchased and supplied by the customer.

We can help with new-PC setup and transfer customer files from an existing system when it is practical, safe and realistic to do so. Some data recovery situations may need extra evaluation.

We can help with performance cleanup, Windows updates, system configuration, and reinstalling Windows when appropriate. Some backups and recovery situations may require additional service.

We help with router setup, device connection problems, weak signal areas, common network configuration issues and home internet troubleshooting. Internet speeds depend on your ISP and service plan.

We can help with printer installation, Wi‑Fi connection issues, Windows configuration, driver setup, scanner use and common printing problems.

We help configure customer-owned routers and mesh Wi‑Fi systems for better coverage and more reliable connections. Networking equipment is not included unless specifically discussed in a quote.

We set up external drive or cloud backup plans and can help with basic migrations between working computers. We do not promise recovery from physically damaged drives.

RAM, SSD upgrades, storage improvements, compatible component installation and basic hardware replacement can all be part of the service. Parts are additional unless otherwise quoted. Compatibility is confirmed before installation whenever possible.
